Transitioning from a full-time factory job to launching Taste and Toast LLC was a pivotal moment catalyzed by the events of 2020 and a shift in mindset known as the "Great Resignation". Embracing the present moment and the uncertainty of the future, the chef and his wife now cater high-quality culinary experiences in central PA, serving a diverse clientele ranging from corporate events to intimate gatherings. The kitchen serves as their creative hub, where flavors and cultural influences converge to create memorable experiences for the community. Despite the bustling household with eight children, the chef treasures the moments spent cooking alongside little helping hands, fostering a love for entrepreneurship and a legacy to be carried forward by future generations.
